At Bigjigs Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached to avoid any processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
